Week 3:
Day 1:
5 minute warm-up Walking
Jog for 1 ½ minutes, walk for 1 ½ minutes
Jog for 3 minutes, walk for 3 minutes
Jog for 1 ½ minutes, walk for 1 ½ minutes
Jog for 3 minutes, walk for 3 minutes
Day 2:
5 minute warm-up Walking
Jog for 1 ½ minutes, walk for 1 ½ minutes
Jog for 3 minutes, walk for 3 minutes
Jog for 1 ½ minutes, walk for 1 ½ minutes
Jog for 3 minutes, walk for 3 minutes
Day 3:
5 minute warm-up Walking
Jog for 1 ½ minutes, walk for 1 ½ minutes
Jog for 3 minutes, walk for 3 minutes
