Day 1:
5 minute warm-up Walking
Jog for 3 minutes, walk for 1 ½ minutes
Jog for 5 minutes, walk for 2 ½ minutes
Jog for 3 minutes, walk for 1 ½ minutes
Jog for 5 minutes
Day 2:
5 minute warm-up Walking
Jog for 3 minutes, walk for 1 ½ minutes
Jog for 5 minutes, walk for 2 ½ minutes
