Week 5:

Each day's workout is different this week! We are really stepping it up! 

Day 1:
5 minute warm-up Walking
Jog for 5 minutes, walk for 3 minutes
Jog for 5 minutes, walk for 3 minutes
Jog for 5 minutes
Day 2:
5 minute warm-up Walking
Jog for 8 minutes, Walk for 5 minutes
Jog for 8 minutes
Day 3:
5 minute warm-up Walking
Jog for 20 minutes
