Day 1:
5 minute Warm-up walking
Jog for 5 minutes, Walk for 3 minutes
Jog for 5 minutes, Walk for 3 minutes
Jog for 5 minutes
Day 2:
5 minute warm-up walking
Jog for 8 minutes, Walk for 5 minutes
Jog for 8 minutes
Day 3:
5 minute warm-up walking
Jog for 20 minutes
Keep up the hard work everyone! Whether you are training to walk or run the brAVERY 5k it doesn't matter, as long as you finish!
